Description
The Napa Cut Cabernet Sauvignon is expertly crafted by acclaimed winemaker, Stephanie Putnam. The grapes are harvested from two different vineyards in the famous Napa Valley. One vineyard in the heart of St. Helena, the other on the eastern slopes of Howell Mountain. This Cabernet Sauvignon dominant wine has a well-defined structure with soft and silky tannins. With notes of dark fruit supplemented with a subtle hint of cocoa. Like all wines from Napa Cut, this is serious quality, but the presentation should not be left unmentioned. A Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the Grandcru vineyards at this price is almost impossible. This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect wine to pair with your favorite steak and is almost made with grilling in mind, the juicy and bold flavors of this Cabernet Sauvignon are definitely a perfect pairing for any grill master.
On the label they indicate with which part (cut) of the beef the wine can best be paired. Suggestions:
CUT 10. Fillet Mignon topped with sautéed mushrooms and a side of creamy, garlic mashed potatoes.
CUT 11. Rib Eye with a blue cheese compote and a side of crispy fries. 16. Flat Iron steak served over creamy risotto and grilled asparagus.
