STAG'S LEAP WINE CELLARS SLV 2021, NAPA VALLEY - STAG'S LEAP DISTRICT - One of the most prized and sought-after Cabernets in the world, and one of the most iconic Napa Valley wines in the world. The winery has been owned by the Antinori family since 2023. The Vineyard Planted in 1970, SLV rose to international fame when three-year-old vines from the 1973 vintage produced a wine that defeated two First-Growths and other renowned Bordeaux wines in a 1976 blind tasting known today as the “Judgement of Paris.” This incredible feat changed wine forever and brought international recognition to Stag's Leap Wine Cellars and Napa Valley. The 2021 vintage is one of the highest rated of the past decade. STAG'S LEAP has been unavailable outside of North America until now. The 2021 is the first year that the SLV will be distributed via the Place de Bordeaux.

The 2021 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon SLV is a fantastic glass with super complex aromatics with notes of smoke, violets and cassis scented fruit. With time and a little swirling this wine will reveal all its secrets. There is an overall sense of richness and harmony to this medium to full bodied wine, which comes across extremely silky without being soft.
