What does wine from the Ansonica grape taste like?

The grape has clear scents of a bouquet of spring flowers. Fresh acidity on the palate and hints of tropical fruit. With the right upbringing and certainly with a sur lie upbringing with maturation in oak, the grape gives a very beautiful wine and because of the beautiful acidity often also beautiful aging potential.
